Course Overview

Located in Belek on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, Gloria Golf Resort is one of the leading golf destinations in Europe and home to three championship layouts: the Old Course, New Course and Verde Course. Set among mature pine forests and natural lakes close to the Mediterranean Sea, Gloria offers a total of 45 holes and is widely regarded as one of the best golf resorts in Belek for both tournament golf and luxury golf holidays.

The standout layout is the Gloria Old Course, an 18-hole, par-72 championship course opened in 1997. Measuring approximately 6,529 metres from the back tees, the course is known for its mature pine-lined fairways, strategic bunkering and water hazards that influence play throughout the round. Unlike some of Belek’s newer resort layouts, the Old Course has a more traditional championship feel, rewarding accuracy, course management and a strong short game.

Several lakes come into play across the layout, particularly on the closing stretch where water and well-protected greens create a demanding finish back towards the clubhouse. The Old Course has hosted numerous international professional and amateur tournaments and remains one of the most respected golf courses in Turkey.

The Gloria New Course, opened in 2005, complements the Old with a slightly more modern and visually dramatic design. Also a par-72 layout, it features wider fairways, larger bunkering complexes and several memorable risk-and-reward holes, including the island-green par-3 17th. Water hazards feature heavily throughout the round, especially across the back nine.

Completing the resort is the 9-hole Verde Course, a shorter but high-quality layout that can be played on its own or combined with either championship course to create alternative 18-hole experiences.
