Course Overview

Located in Belek on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, Sueno Golf Club is home to two 18-hole courses — the Pines Course and the Dunes Course — set among mature pine forests and natural sandy terrain close to the Mediterranean Sea. Part of the wider Sueno resort complex, the club has become a well-established choice for golf holidays in Turkey, offering two contrasting layouts that cater to a broad range of golfers.

The more challenging of the two is the Pines Course, an 18-hole, par-72 layout measuring approximately 6,400 metres from the back tees. The course winds through dense pine woodland with tree-lined fairways, strategically placed bunkers and several lakes influencing play throughout the round. Accuracy from the tee is important, particularly on the tighter driving holes, while the large, well-protected greens place added emphasis on approach play and short-game control.

Several holes on the Pines Course feature water carries and risk-and-reward elements, especially across the back nine where lakes become more prominent. The course has a more traditional championship feel than many resort layouts in Belek, rewarding careful positioning and steady course management rather than aggressive play throughout.

In contrast, the Dunes Course offers a shorter and generally more forgiving round. This 18-hole, par-69 layout measures around 5,600 metres and features wider fairways, more open playing corridors and fewer penal driving areas. While less demanding than the Pines Course, the Dunes still incorporates water hazards, bunkering and subtly contoured greens that require accurate iron play and thoughtful shot selection.

The two courses complement each other well, with the Pines providing the stronger test for lower-handicap players and the Dunes offering a more relaxed and accessible experience. Combined with good practice facilities and direct access from the surrounding resort hotels, Sueno Golf Club remains one of the more established and versatile golf venues in Belek.
